Modern Prophets: Yes. He has given several revelations to Joseph Smith, Oliver Cowdery, and other prophets and apostles including Russell M. Nelson.
Russell Nelson has said,

"the promised Restoration goes forward through continuing revelation."
Sin brings guilt, and distances us from that peace and joy.

Torah, Book of Mormon, New Testament, and Modern Prophets: God is our loving Father, our eternal "Daddy." He loves us and wants our happiness. All commandments are given that we might be happier. They describe decisions and a way of life that brings peace and joy. The Book of Mormon describes a people who

"lived after the manner of happiness" and states that "man is, that he might have joy."
Men and women make mistakes and sin, however. This immediately or eventually leads to unhappiness. Through Jesus Christ and His suffering, repentance is possible. Repentance brings relief and peace to the suffering heart. This is the peace promised by Jesus Christ in the New Testament,

"[p]eace I leave with you. My peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

Yes. God's intervention in our lives is only according to His will. The Quran repeatedly speaks of God acting according to His will. The Book of Mormon states, however, that God intervenes not solely upon His will, but only if and when we exercise faith in Him, "I work not among the children of men save it be according to their faith." This answers the question why God doesn't just intervene to prevent or stop many of the evils of life.

Torah, Nevi'im, Ketuvim, Book of Mormon, New Testament, Quran, and Modern Prophets: Yes. God does hear and answer prayers. He always answers according to His will. But He also requires that we ask and seek Him in faith. The New Testament states, "Without faith, it is impossible to please God", and admonishes us to "ask in faith."

The Book of Mormon states that God "work[s] not among the children of men save it be according to their faith."
God determines what level of faith is necessary for each prayer and each person, but for many prayers He requires faith strong enough to impel us to act, not just a mental assent.

"all races and colors are children of God. We are all brothers and sisters" and by Gerrit Gong that, "God loves His children in every nation of the world."
The New Testament Acts 10:34 states that,
"God is no respecter of persons."
The Book of Mormon prophet Nephi states that God
"esteemeth all flesh in one", and Modern Prophets Dieter F. Uchtdorf said, "God 'is no respecter of persons.'"

The blessings of Abraham are available to all who follow the covenants of Abraham, regardless of whether they were born as actual descendants of Abraham, or are "adopted" into the House of Israel by covenant.
Modern Prophets Russell M. Nelson stated,
"others are gathered into his family by adoption. The Lord makes no distinction."
In D&C 84:33 it states that faithfulness determines lineage, not lineage that determines faithfulness:
"Whoso is faithful unto the obtaining these two priesthoods become the seed of Abraham."
In the New Testament the Savior warned actual descendants of Abraham to not misunderstand such heritage as a surety of righteousness, saying:
"And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham."
Paul also highlighted that actual lineage without righteousness was insufficient, saying, "For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children."
